I walk always into the unknown

The Voidless light and sound

Only small signals and dim pulses emit

For those who can understand them

 

I walk in this Void of thought

Ever shifting chaos

Never ending madness

I walk between the spaces between spaces

Unnoticed, and uncaring

 

I keep traveling and traveling

Further I go

Pushing into new barriers of my mind

The journey takes it toll

As my eyes open wide when I leave

 

Now I am alert of everything

Paranoia is my friend

As I embrace the change

Of losing rational thought

 

When I need to escape

I find myself in Void surroundings

Calm and at ease

Of nothing

I think this chronicles the journey into your mind and the somewhat uneasy comfort of the paranoia and its own chaos. It seems like the certainty of this inner void and what it holds is more a retreat from all else around you than a place to fear. As if by knowing what constructs it somehow by being in it, as a constant safe-house within you, you are protected from all that you are alert to outside. Can a known chaos and madness within be better than the unknown chaos and madness around you? Take care.
