Love

Love

A Story by Madame

you could not suggest to me even with all the color in your eyes the
importance of your message. Though all i see is the pain it brings you
to bear this secret. I know with one glance this means more than i can
fathom. I don't believe in the dreams you have. The idea of you and I
lying in bed scares me. Am i to believe the feelings that come with, why
then do i question them now? Describe to me your worry; love. Express
to me this drastic change. Leave aside the blues in your eyes, and with
the crimson of your cheeks, and the rose within your lips, paint the
excuse, coat it with your sugary sweetness so that i may swallow the
pain behind your eyes, and smile. Swallow you whole, and hold you deep
with in so that i may only begin to understand you. You whom I call
Love, and yet cannot share your sorrow.
