Two pretty little faces

Two pretty little faces

A Poem by Maclawrence Famuyiwa
"

Its about a black child and a white child having funs together at a table. The two of them smiling to probably people dear to their hearts.

"
Two pretty little faces are there shinning!
Their gazes, are far from their table,
Their mothers nearby are also smiling,
Joy made the smiles on their faces stable.

The black child holds a white tea-cup;
With tea without milk on a hand that's meek
The white one folded her hands up,
Clenched to the left-side of her cheek.

The black's hair's black, the white child's blonde:
With roses; some red and others pink,
Their childhood strengthens their social bond;
Their innocence supports their racial links.7
