Time to go

Time to go

A Poem by Mackenzie Brooke
"

losing one you love

"

I'm sorry it happened

I don't know why

and now every time I hear your name

I start to cry

It wasn't your time yet

not time to go but now by the gambler's hand

your face no longer shows

but know your with him know

and all his shining might

so maybe there's an upside

to this break in the light

but my heart still goes to pieces

whenever the gambler's name

even hints in my ear

it restarts the pain

If the answer is yes or no

It still wasn't your time to go
