Ciao 58

Ciao 58

A Poem by Macaroon
"

Tribute to Marco Simoncelli, MOTO GP rider.

"

I did not have the pleasure of knowing you personally

I only knew that your passion was as tall as you

Your hair like a lions, showing off your flate

The strip across your nose

The matureness and youth of your face

Sideshow Bob

You were a giant on a bike

Yet so elegantly moved your body from side to side

Strong but gentle in spirit

Determined in racing

Mind the overtaking giant....you could get some riders backs up

But you were loved and you were rejoced

All those laps of exhiliaration, adrenaline, racing

All those fans cheering and supporting

We will still cheer for you

Ciao SuperSic

Much Love

Author's Note

Macaroon
My view and memories of a great rider who died on Sunday 28th October 2011 after losing control of his bike during a race. More of a tribute than anything so in the years to come I can recall exactly what it was about I loved!
