Breaking DawnA Poem by KiInspired by the new Twilight movie/the book
White on white
Ice on ice Kissing my every flaw, My every imperfection. Two souls, conjoined But different. Snow falls from your lips and into my ear We are one Fingertips grazing Electricity brewing We are breaking dawn We come out at night The greatest gift of darkness We find the the blazing sun beneath an ebony curtain We are demons So wrong Surrounded by beauty and illuminating radiance A pure and innocent rose Is nothing compared to your still, severe beauty We are daring the sun To take away our light We are together at last We are breaking dawn. © 2011 KiReviews
