All these people going someplace

Do they hear the screams of pain, even of joy?

Run on with our repititious agendas

If it were all end, would it matter?

If I am lucky, who are the poor unfortunate souls?

Whos is to answer these questions

With all these people going someplace

Pulling me into your mundane normalcy

Is this where I'm wanted?

Where I want to be?

You won't soothe my pain

What do you have to offer me?

With all these people going someplace

Does a drop in the bucket compare?

Insignificant,

Useless,

But not where it matters
