Cinderella

I wish I were Cinderella.

Then happiness would be mine
And I wouldn't have to worry about all the wrong things.
My fairy godmother would cast her magic upon me,
And I'd get to ride a carriage and marry
A handsome prince.
I'd be able to wear a stunningly beautiful dress
And attend the ball.
I'd be in pure bliss
Until twelve o'clock.
My dress would start crumbling,
I'd lose a glass slipper,
But I can never go back
Just as reality is.
