I STILL FIND YOU

The writing is about unrequited love.When you are left back by your loved one, you totally break up. And so this writing is somewhat of that broken feeling.

Everything i see around me makes me feel your presence,

reminds me of you.

Even whether,

its 'the sun and the sky' or 'the rain and the wind'.

You stay connected everywhere in my everything.

The bright sun and the smiling clear sky-

with me holding your hands,

the hands that i never wanted to leave.

The drizzling rain and the cold breeze-

and we together beneath an umbrella

 forming a romantic story.

But now when there's nothing left

your hand not with mine,

i feel lost in the crowd

lost in my own world

lost in a place where i don't know how to find you.

And that's when i end up searching for you everywhere now and then.

The last line is so raw and real. All of us search out a past love - for that moment, that feeling we had once that took our breath away. A chance to relive it, to feel it all so vividly again. If only those moments could be relived over and over. Perhaps it is the universe’s way of clearing the path for more moments ahead, otherwise we become lost in the past.
