perches in white blossomed dogwood along the government center mall Peregrine falcon released twenty years ago nest in downtown towers feast on pigeons and occasional duck 3 1/2 ft wing span, two feet high, dive at 200mph peering eyes, he sits just a few feet away, unconcerned Impressive, beautiful I look for him now everyday at lunch © 2009 MICHAEL |
