LOVE SONG

LOVE SONG

A Poem by MICHAEL

I am an interloper in your world

Old and wrinkled and white

No disgrace, just time written

Deserts and mountains and seas

But thee art treasure

Fountain of my youth

Body and soul, mysteries unfold

Revealed, veil upon shroud

A few houses down

A thousand miles away

Lay with me on my bed of nails
