"No Justice, No Peace"A Poem by GreyTo those who cared... RIP Trayvon Martin.
"No Justice, No Peace" you say walking the streets at night.
The American flag in your left hand and a lighter in your right. You're angry-you aren't the only one. The blood in your veins boil in outrage at the unbelievable outcome. "No Justice, No Peace" you say with conviction. Storm the streets, destroy it all, everyone needs protection. F**k the judicial system that is so fatally flawed. We all knew the government was nothing but a fraud. "No Justice, No Peace" you say with hundreds of others at your back. You are so angry that you're ready to attack. It's not fair, it's not right, it's inconceivable! When the ethical thing was so feasible. "NO JUSTICE, NO PEACE" you scream standing in the street at night. Vandalism at your left side and fire at your right. You're angry-you aren't the only one. And now you're in his shoes staring down the barrel of a gun.
