Complicated Letter
 
 
We all strive to survive,

We all live different lives,

We all have different understandings,

We all live a different way Because it’s a competition,

It is the survival of the fittest,

We all gain to lose And lose to experience types of pain,

Why not let me lose control,

Why not let me lose track,

Why not let me learn from my mistakes,

Maybe I didn’t mean for it to happen this way,

Think twice so they say But sometimes things just happen,

We might not know the reason But later on it will unveil,

Heartbreaks exist So are disappointments, 

Don’t expect too much from somebody Because you will only get what you didn’t expect,

I’m might not be academically gifted But I have a task to do while I’m still alive,

I might not be accepted  But I will still have hope,

Faith has never killed anyone,

Dancing to the beat isn’t dangerous right?

The direction of the wind doesn’t lead to my end right?

As much as I’m so complicated

I’m still lovable right?

Congratulations to those who will understand me

Because they might be on the same path as me

But taking different directions,

To you who will read this,

I’m done with this pain And sorrow I’ve experienced,

I hope you read this on time

Because it’s a letter from the dying soul,

Thank you for understanding

And being patient with me,

Sorry for letting you down one more time

But I give up.
