Revelations of the Evening

Revelations of the Evening

A Poem by MCO

"Normal? How strange!"

"A depressed mind is a my mind"

"I need to be revitalized."

I Must “Find a Way” or I Will Not Let Myself “Find a Way” At All…

“These thoughts are the fuel of life” or “This Brilliance

“A Lovely Little Taste of Life's Beauty and Energy”

“A new beginning! Please!

“I’m thinking, I’m thinking!”

 “Ideas, Ideas, Questions, Questions!”

“I Believe in Life Itself”

“Everything has meaning at this moment! These are the moments to cherish!”

“I want to live The Way, The Way I was made!” or “If Only in My Dreams”

"Embrace this Meredith. Kill this Meredith"

Author's Note

MCO
This piece was written during a manic episode. It reflects on the bipolar struggle. It is the struggle of mania pulling in one direction and depression in the other. The struggle with meds. The never ending loops.
Let me know what you think!
