Magic. diary (March 2010)

A Poem by M.D
"

believe...

"
Lies are disliked. But somehow at night to the son
My grandma and mom lied very much, damn
And all those tvheroes did not help me at all
Playing outside, was beaten by bullies, 5 years old
I gave up on tales, caught father's hand
And hinted gently ''Now i know who''
Puts presents to me under holiday tree
That boogeyman's creed, is not more unsafe
than presumed freedom
Lies are disliked,
Wonderland, apparently, doesn't happen on this planet
In the 10th grade, I want to throw up from school already
He fell in love the first time and then aesthetics
Almost began to shout at all the places
That marvels are everywhere and tie you like everyday laces

A lot of thoughts in the poem. Each with it's own story and scar. A lot of mystery in the words. I like the flow of the poem and the strong ending. Thank you for sharing the outstanding poetry.

Love it as a whole but the last line seals it up so well.. the word lie alone encompasses so much for any one.. on a singular level and in society...well done...x
