What would happen?

This is a poem about someone that was very close...until distance split us apart.

What would happen if I had said yes?

What would happen if I had stayed?

What would happen if I had just said to the darkness, "Let me have light."

What would happen if I had just let light take over?

Well this is what would have happened:

I would have grown up happy.

I would have been with someone that showed me what I didn't see.

I would grown up with a new perspective on life.

I would have grown up...embracing light. Not fearing it.

Third poem on here so far...I'm sorry for not posting anything for a while. So that means I'm a tad rusty. But I'll try to post something cheerful. When I feel like it. ^3^ Rawr.
