Blue Blood

Blue Blood

A Chapter by Ms. Starr
"

can you imagine?

"
Humans are strange things, no?
Just look at how we're put together.
Bone's and flesh and skin and heat.
Walking and talking and breathing, barely living.
We're all so full of anger. Hot, burning rage.
Red is the color of anger, isn't it?
Cartoons turn crimson when they get pissed at the other figurines.
      red;fire;hate;disappointment;hurt;blood
Blood red.
I wonder if our blood would be yellow or blue if we were brimmed with happiness; contentedness.
But buildings burn in our eyes, glass rains down our cheeks and we bleed anger.
We could imagine something different, but no science can prove what has never been.
Our blood has always been hate.

About
I enjoy writing. I don't do it enough. I'm unmotivated, uninspired, and have learned that unless you are deemed important or special enough for modern society, your words will generally go unheard. I'.. more..

Writing
oh, god. oh, god.
