Perfect Love

This feeling...I tried to put into words/song...have to be experienced for the truth of that moment.

 

~Perfect Love~

I walked outside into

An engulfing night of beauty

The sunset almost missed…held me passionately

To look grace in the eye…Was worth the moment it commenced…

If I were completely unclothed, I would feel

                The gentleness of a touch~

Breathing in… that space…smelling the stillness

…Of peace, …during the end of a perfectly colored sunset

 Peaking…

Just over the tops of many reaching trees

 

I would feel total comfort… to, not experience

 Another feeling, perception or touch…humanly, again

 

…for you to be enveloped, into a knowing of total tranquility

You must believe… completely

~ In what, is not seen

It far surpasses any thought… of great imagination

To leap… over the highest mountain of reality

…and feel your nakedness exposed, yet covered

I was embraced ...by HIS excellence,

~the most perfect love.

After reading multiple pieces of yours I feel you have an interesting writing style. Let me explain. You write of intimacy, sometimes with a man or lover and sometimes with God or spirituality. The interesting thing is you choose such earthly, intimate words to drive home your point of the closeness felt with God. So on some level, your writing seems as though your lover is God. Interesting... keep the ink flowing.
