Under PressureA Poem by Lyndsay CastroA different kind of pressureSo hard to push this pain away It swells in waves too hard to bear My effort and my nerves are frayed I long for when I had no cares
But now I'm under pressure, pain My hands shake and sweat and try To forget the time when I had gained And never lost, the time I could fly
The sun shines through my window, bright Yet my souls migraine turns away Why can't I shrug off my small plight? I can't ignore this pain today
