Your Windows

Your Windows

A Poem by Lyndsay Castro
"

What I saw in my lover once

"

What worlds, what dark wonders are found in deep eyes;

What love, what joy resides in such rocky landscapes.

Plains of hardened bodies, of weakened minds;

Pass by the glassy windows of the soul.

The shadowy corners of the only place worth knowing -

contained and expanded by deep eyes.
