Just A Crush

There is nothing worse than having a crush yet more fun. everyone always has that fear of being rejected and only the strongest actually reveal their feelings. sadly i am not one of them, lol!

There is always that fear

When the heart thumps

like a drum

Sweat drips on your back

like the Victoria Falls

Your lips quickering uncontrollably

like a leaf in a storm

When your legs wobble unable to support your numb body

As you gaze lost in those eyes

The words forming in your mind

but are suppressed by your frozen lips

the words are short and simple

yet you start to tear up in fear

 I have always had a crush on you

Simple, short yet almost impossible to utter.
