A look into my life

I look into the large blue sea
I certainly like what I see.
The water is quiet and still
For my life to be the same, I'd kill.

I look at the mountains
They are connected in chains.
If people were connected to me in the same way
My life would never be gray.

I breathe in and sigh
And bite my my lip to stop a cry.
I don't want to live, my mind decides
Who would care, besides?

I brace myself myself to jump and drown
I think of my family with a groan.
They don't deserve this certainly
They would cry with grief and not with glee.

I can't do this to them, but what about me?
I am just a speck of dust in an open sea.
"Fight your fears, you have no time to lose"
Now I think it's time to put those words into use.
