because for just a few moments

you will be free

stress will cha-cha out the door

or perhaps watusi into another realm

so dance

just because

the music might be over soon

I have a Bose in my kitchen, so I'm always barefoot and dancing like nobody's watching, with the exception of my cats. I think they must think I'm having some sort of seizure! Lovely photo and much enjoyed the ambience that made me want to twirl. May the music never end!

It is amazing how dancing can make one feel inside. It is definitely rejuvenating and energizing. I have had it happen so many times, you are sitting there, some music playing in the background and then that song comes on, you start tapping your foot and before you know it you are in the middle of a freeform expression while wearing the biggest smile on your face.
