you were a love sonnet

dancing through my universe

i wanted to give you my all

share my morning coffee with you

and then hold your hand

as we gazed at the moon

you were my epicurean meal

i was your comfort food

we flew so high

for just a NY minute

a minute that refuses to leave my heart

without exit wounds

I love these words combined with this art-work. They have such a timeless effect, like old films, back when they were "films" and not just "movies," because they were art and not mostly mindless entertainment.
I had a dress similar to this, once. Considered whether I should look for another similar.
Above all, I love these words.

Hi there,
Those are the tiles in the place in Portugal... Each one (if I remember correctly, is different... They do resemble Delft...don't they... according to our guide they did not have any way of making a red... so everything was basically blue, yellow, or green...even the house indicated who lived in them.. The military was yellow and so on..really interesting. Maybe more so because I am a water colour artist.
I too love finding the perfect image for what I write..not always easy.
