"he made love to the vowels in my name"
my consonant ears are burning up from this line...and they are now smoking a cigarette.
You do these so well....it is hard to get through one of your sensual poems without stopping in the middle and taking a cold shower. :))))

One of your best lascivious tangles that I've read in a long time. Makes me want to be there, but your poem does the next best thing . . . puts me right there . . . in the mindset (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

lascivious.....love that word! Thank you so much, Margie. Lydi**
wonderful love story and poem ... too many, i am sure, do not have the patience to wait for "the one i thought did not exist" ... the timelessness and beauty of your speakers experience delights me ol' romantic heart and soul, Lydi. this line:
"he made love to the vowels in my name" is, in my opinion, spectacular, spectacular!
