I see what ya mean ... everything is about perspective innit .. if only we could have a button to push to help us see more clearly and both the intrinsic, as well as the extrinsic beauty in things and people and places .. Then instead of so often just the negatives and potential threats, differences and risks being seen ... the world would appear a much happier, safer and accepting place .... Yes, its all about perspective ... Having said that, I would not swap places with any of them ducks, not for all the raindrops on all the palm fronds in the world .. maybe :) x

yes it is! so many perspectives to contemplate ... as for the droplets .. perhaps their joyous dance continues as they giggle their way to the ocean and back to the clouds ;) what a poignant moment reading this gives me .. its a quiet and gentle scene .. gazing out a pitter patting window and receiving blessings from hustle busting rain drops and palm fronds ... in a condensed space

(it is just beginning for the ducks and the thirsty flowers it's all about perspective) Indeed it is Lydi! Each day is a beginning for one but an ending for another...that's life eh? Enjoyed this read my friend. ~Sharon

It's the fairy tale gazing that keeps people going, Lydi[ looking through the eye of a needle so as to not miss the smallest miracle. You know those ducks you see and enjoy are always loudly laughing, happy them in situ in all weathers ! Your gentle words shape my early morning thoughts as I hear raindrops tapping on the window, its going to be another day of wet earth welcome. Many thank yous for such glorious words,

Loved the intention and then, its success, Lydi.. was like a gloriously mystic day out! Em x
It is difficult to see through the eye of a needle... but it is possible to envision raindrops
doing the “hustle” when we ourselves are always wearing a “Bustle” of responsibilities.
We will persevere in the end where rainbows rest on the garden gate. We identify with the Ducks as we go through puddles and splashes of sunshine serendipity. Be brave ... gently, Pat

Dancing raindrops, what an image laden delight Lydi**. Getting up close to nature and seeing it magnified. Yes ducks do love the water so. I see them often when we are boating and they are at their quackiest and happiest when it's pouring buckets. I swear I can hear them laughing then. Beautiful photography posted. Take care of you.

Thank you very much, Chris. Hope all is well with you. Lydi**
It absolutely is Lydi. When perhaps in recent months we have had more time to pause, reflect and consider the plight of others, many panic buy, thinking of self and causing a stampede of panic where there was none. But some quietly get on with helping and assisting others less fortunate and bring the real meaning of community and selflessness to the fore.
Some see a miserable day where others see bathtime for ducks and some see an ideal opportunity to remember the mischievous innocence and delight of splish splashing in puddles, time travelling back to the days when their biggest problem was what colour to use when painting a picture or as the big people called it, making a mess 😀
Half empty or half full? Well, at least it isn't completely empty 😀

A life lesson taken from a simple, everyday scene. The speaker observes the progress of raindrops as they run across palm fronds. When they fall off the fronds, they become drinks for ducks and flowers. From the viewpoint of the drops, a sorry demise. The ducks and flowers, on the other hand, love the refreshing drinks. As the title suggests, it's all a matter of perspective. So it is in life in general.
