For as long as we have known each other, it still resonates throughout the years how very much I admire your work. To have the ability to touch someone beyond words is simply your way, and I am a witness to it every time you post. My best always, my dear friend!

i become a fugitive from the languor of life
employing your passion as my wings
This lovely line took me back to my own magical days of love when I retreated from the world. It didn't last but it was worth it. Those moments are precious. Delicately, exquisitely woven poetry with artwork to die for. Reading you is an amazing experience.

I’m blessed to learn from you and look to your poetry for inspiration ❤️
You write the most consistently fresh love poetry of anyone here! Love the "shave . . . razor sharp wit" line spilling with creativity. Your word choices convey the very lilt & joy your meaning conveys! (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Thanks very much, Margie. Sorry for the delay in answering....we were on a cruise. Lydi**
This is brilliant Lydia - having someone so easily pull you out of any chance of boredom or complacency with life - a truly cherished partner. The beautiful art work matches the beautiful poetry perfectly :)

When it comes to romantic poetry year-long, you're THE queen. Lydi. But with this poem, headed by Klimt's gloriously complex painting, you have created the warmest and most honest Valentine's message. Beautiful language, ' .. you build a forever bridge - spanning the distance between - my fantasy world and reality - with a soft kiss.. .. I love you! '

Discover the how, why and when. Extraordinary artwork, very detailed'; surely influenced by Klimt. Seems more female and flora perhaps? Must learn more. In a way pleased I was wrong in my review because I;ll know considerably better and more when done some proper research! Thank you Lydi
A kiss of such amore like no other can give seeps deep, one no longer has to dream or have fantasies about. Sounds like a Shakespeare piece of Romeo and Juliet, but without the death scenes. Such an indulgence of sensuousness in the artwork and of course this piece. Love it and how it flows so seamlessly. A wonderful piece for Valentine's Day.
May be its me but I envisage the kiss by Gustav Klimt and see how well in my view it goes with your words. A lovely romatic love poem for valentines day. I'm also hearing Rachmaniov's Rhapsody on a Theme by Paganini. In my head as I type but that has got nothing to do with anything.
