This reminds me of those moments when we seek out inspiration for our writing. It might be on a walk or drive or in a moment of reflection. The mind wanders on its own little journey seeking words and ideas that we can use to express ourselves in poetic form.

When I read your poems I sometimes wonder whether it is the pictures that give inspiration for those poems or you add a visual to your writes after you pen them down...
Whatever may be the case, the result is always a pleasure to the soul.

There is a certain hour on Sunday that always seemed to me significant. No idea why.
The thoughts and adventures of thought that one can feel solo are captured so emphatically in this. A worthy, lovely and well built write. I see that particular hour on a rainy Sunday so clearly and being alone with my thoughts.I am impressed but then you always do impress me.
dear Lydia... a solo adventure into a
realm of soul searching can be refreshing...
weather permitting. Just as nature needs
different climates to fulfill its destiny, we also
explore the depth our heart can encompass
the intricacies of possibilities. truly, Pat

Dreary days and rain moods often trigger a flood of inspiration, even if the outcome is a poem about writer's block! I write about writer's block all the time, but not as creatively as this. I enjoyed your "solo adventure" Lydi.

Writing about writer's block is the best way to get out of it! thanks so much, Lisa. Lydi**
I can relate, sometimes my mind wanders off and I can't quite remember where we've been.
Felt a little uninspired to write lately, not quite a block, just uninspired. So I wandered off a fair bit...
Some might call that crazy I guess. :)

The title Solo adventure, the picture and those beautiful words everything seems so perfect in your prose Lydi**
Seems like time to find out my solo adventure lol
I've often wondered where it is my mind goes off to on those "solo adventures". You've penned this with a touch of reality we all get hit with, but what a fascinating adventure it is!
