you recline in the unmade bed watching me in the lusty light of morning the air conditioner hums whilst i’m moist with passion’s dew the dizziness of the day must begin time for the costume of life to cover my nakedness
four breaths ago you stroked my skin turning it into satin making me love you want you even more
The gently sensuous ambiance begins with line one and simmers slowly thru the last word leaving the roaring passions of "four breaths ago" to the beauty of our imaginations. Love it! And the accompanying artwork is icing on a very delicious cake. 100/100

Your welcome Lydi! Uh, if there's any left, could I have seconds on some of that cake?? :o)
Oh boy! What a dramatic two lines these are.
The subtly of this poem aided and abetted such lines as these.
It isn't often such profoundness can be found.
Thank you for this poem.

And thank you, my friend, for your kind review. Lydi**
A sensual and passionate piece of art for my valentines day eve,,it has brightened my day,,for afew moments i can actually smile and dwell in the beauty of this gem...truely poetic..very beautiful Lydia
I love this. Writing of arousal from the feminine perspective, it seems to me that it is intense, more about a blending of romantic love and sex. Men are blunt instruments when it comes to expression. We miss the point. We too often stray to only the physical, I think because we are afraid and hiding from our feelings.
I wish that I had written this, written about a complete love.

.. you recline in the unmade bed -- watching me -- in the lusty light of morning.. '
for me those words conceal a secret, perhaps a chapter in a passionate novel about two true lovers.
What a wonderful chain of thought too, lydi.. what a weave of brilliant language. Almost tempted to say, 'Amen to that! '
