A reaction we men long to receive; a mood we wish we could somehow create.
But, of course, women want and love whom they will.
Closest I've come to fostering this kind of emotion was, once, when I inadvertently picked up a masochist; she, in an impassioned voice, suddenly demanded, "Kick me, now!"
Was tempted--I had, after all, spent a great deal of money on her.
But, I digress.
Stunning and delightful work, Lydi!

I agree with everyone! You're really good in making poems that tackle more about romance. I love how you said that "Kiss me... now!" Haha. This is so lovely. Thanks for sharing this sweet poem! :)
Excellent. I love the build-up, the wonderful phrasing of desire and the description of his face ... all leading to the inevitable wanting "Kiss me", and of course, its urgency "Now !" (Replete with the exclamation point !). As always, reading your work is pure pleasure and you remain my favorite poet. Kudos. ~Jim
you write passionate romantic poems like no other, Lydi.
"sculpted valley between his nose and mouth". Gosh, who could've thought of that?
