Dandelions becoming roses just because they are from him - says it all really Lydia.
love this line -
"kisses my mind with inspiration"
and I loved 'carnelian sunset' - another new word today - yehaa!
the final stanza is so filled with what it means to be not just the lover but also the friend, the confidant, the support that we all need.
excellent wordsmithing dear poet !

"... the dandelions he picks instantly become roses ...". What a perfectly romantic line. Color me a bit green with envy. As always, excellent poetry. ~Jim

The transformative nature of love is captured beautifully in this poem. What makes the person we love so special is how they make us feel about ourselves. A lovely romantic verse.
Such a love not only inspires and sustains, it transforms, encouraging higher reach; driving out the humdrum hell Earthly living often becomes.
"he" is a lesson in skillful, soulful and superior poetry creation.
Take a bow, Lady Lydi!
