the fragile infancy of an idea yet its
tendrils transfix me like a punch
of drama my fingers
catapult then mysteriously
slow to a
limber spider-like gait simultaneously
sharp and fluid a tense
battle of wits ensues there’s a
jagged trembling of syllables a sort of
crudité of vibrating gibberish the
elasticity of thought hypnotizes me words are
provocative seducing me finally a poem is
