valentine's day is only a couple weeks away!

you are the stem

holding up everything meaningful in my life

my bridge over a psychedelic and frothy sea

of life’s indifference

the prologue to yesterday’s hopes

and the climax of today’s exciting story

a splendiferous orchestration

of all i need

in a word……love!

hmmm I think Cupid is having it's way with you Lydi... LOVE, a 4 letter word that actaully makes the world go round and round or as you say. "a splendiferous orchestration" and its a soulful tune too... but you know valentines day is mainly for those who only love once a year, you on the other hand do love and get love 24/7/365... which of course make for very "nice" in your world and by extention ours!!! ~~redzone

"all I need" to "hold up everything meaningful in life" is definitely such a sweet definition.. that is love... it will lead you from the "yesterdays" to "today" in orchestrated climaxes!.. oh yes!.. what lovely use of language in this one.. love the phrasing and the way you worded each line.. the descriptions deliciously mixed creative imagery and affecting emotion.. the hopeless romantic in my giddy with Valentines day coming up, but the realist in me says, bah humbug.. lol
