Friday Nights and You

"

never too tired for some things!

"

so sleepy
almost too sleepy
to support the blue in my eyes
                         and yet
taking a deep breath
i exhale thoughts of you
till my skin borders on yours
                 and each letter of every word i type
                            is a stroke of your hand on special places
a tingle
                  having nothing to do with a yawn
escapes my lips
i breathe you
now as night pulls its curtain over the blue of the sky
i crawl into that special place
the one in the crook of your arm
undressing my primal desire
for friday nights and you

The innuendo and sensuality in your poem, that "tingle", makes every night a"Friday" Lydi. But, ah, er... how can I ever type words again without getting slapped??? I mean... wait I know: type, duck, type type, duck, duck and duck again.. it might take me awhile to finish this review Lydi... duck!! Ahhh . . . Those Friday nights . . . Life is good when we can fulfill our desires and this Friday night scenario is but one of the reasons why that is. Your words were magical to the point I was physically there on that Friday night.
