no new verbs to conjugate

i’m fluent in audacious

it’s my first language you see

afraid i threw political correctness out

with pseudo timidity

your opinions with me hold no weight

watch my strobe light now

till your irises stagger

i’m not impressed 

with your arrogant swagger

not a slippery mamby pamby

neither far right or near left

i’ll dance around your insults

movements dexterous and deft

your ignorance - no way i’ll tolerate

read this you might

or might not i realize

in articulate rhetoric

i now say my goodbyes

Ha I read John Grisham's 'The Appeal' recently and know all about Judicial elections in the USA. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole lol! On 18th September Scotland votes for independance from the cloying corruption of the English Westminster govenment run by the old boys club of red brick university graduates. Guess which way I would vote if I could?
