angst till
I’m puffed up by stress like
a helium balloon even the Michelin man is more svelte a
tempest rents space in the teapot of my soul no
way to iron out the wrinkles in my psyche waiting
for the phone to ring times
movement is excruciatingly slow has the earth stopping rotating? yet
teardrops of morning dew paint
rainbows on the lawn the
beauty distracts me ahhhhh breathing out small victory © 2014 Lydia ShutterFeatured Review
