Inferno

Inferno

A Poem by Elizabeth warren
"

A poem inspired by the picture of Dorian gray and something I myself suffer with, Dorian gray syndrome.

"
as I enter my room
I I eagerly start undressing
not for a sexual purpose,
but to stare at myself
I knew it was bad
but I was in love with myself
the more I stared
the more fear that would
grow inside of me
I knew this wouldn't last forever
the more I thought about it
the more possibilities opened
I could die young,
run away before the wrinkles hit
but suddenly a genius idea hit me
I could sell my soul
to Satan himself
I could be youthful for all of eternity
for the simple price of a soul.
