A Poem by Luxe

They say go big or go home
So, I'm betting my paycheck baby
She likes it
The exhilarating rush of risking it all
And the insufferable desolation
that follows the realization we lost the rent money
She sits cross legged
half occupied on the game
more focused on downing another glass of pink moscato
leaving red lipstick stains on the glass rim
hoping they will never come off
I sit opposite of her
biting my lips
the edges of my nails caked with dried blood
I do NOT like it
The exhilarating rush of risking it all
and the realization she won over me again
I don't love her
Or need her
Or simply want her in any form
But I have her
And she has me, although she wont admit it
Her small victories are what keeps her
from taking over once and for all
So I let her win from time to time
I suck it up
And live with a month of Ramen noodles and sour milk

I like the flow and feeling. Some parts seem like lyrics.
Great ending.
Love to see a visual with it.

This is really confusing to me... But it's interesting. I'm not sure if you were going for funny? Serious? Romantic? Creepy? It's kind of all of that in one. My favorite is the last stanza hahaha cuz I have no clue what it means lol.
