But what happens when you feel made of glass?

They say that self-harm isn't a solution,

But what happens when it's the only release you find?

They say that suicide isn't the answer,

But what happens when you can't get away from the problem?

They say being heard is all you really need,

But what happens when that ceases to stave off the tide?
