Goodbye

Written about a year ago?

I’ll say goodbye,

Not just for tonight

But my final exit.

 

I’ll leave with a smile

Knowing that you never loved me,

Knowing that you used me.

Knowing that you never cared.

 

While your screwing her in your bed,

Saying that you love her.

I hope you break down inside

And realize what you’ve done.

 

I’m dead

I’m done

I’m broken

I’m finished

I’m crushed

 

I’m wishing that you’ll love me again

I miss what we used to have.

The times we shared, I’ll never forget.

This entire poem is so powerful, but I particularly like these lines:

Easy to relate to, very emotional and so, so sad. It's a shame that every girl goes through this at some point.
