Dry day,

You saw me.

On the same day,

I picked a flower,

A beautiful flower.

When I saw you,

I tried to give,

You this flower,

That I picked.

The next time you smiled,

You never really noticed the flower,

But now you did.

I really liked this poem. The way it's written, really painted a picture. Simple but effective. The way reverse repeat in a different verse fits, but you at first doesn't notice. But you now do, if effective for me. The ending that puts the focus on the flower, great! It's kind of fun and non-traditional, which I obviously like. Good work!
