Glass box

Glass box

A Poem by Lunar Bliss

Yet another day in the lonely glass box I call a mind

Even though it feels so cold I still have the candles to guide my way

Through them I strive every day

Always turning my head and looking the other way

But if one happens to go out I'm there to mend

Sometimes I wonder am I anyone's candle?

"Sometimes I wonder am I anyone's candle?"

I think we all wonder about that at one point or another...regardless, this a simple, yet striking poem. You've done an excellent job conveying a meaning and clear image of what is going on. I felt as though I could genuinely relate to your piece. Thank you for sharing!
