Spring Rain

Spring Rain

A Poem by Lunalove6963

Taking a drive
Down an old dirt road
Just to be alone
As the spring rain begins to fall
I pull over
and hop into the bed of the truck
Allowing the rain
and tears flow down my face
Letting my pain, fears, hope, and dreams
wash away for a moment
And try to
pull myself back into reality
But it's not really
where I want to be
