Limerence

Limerence

A Poem by Lunalove6963

I may not be there to light your way
But you still come back to me
Like I, you
Because like a moth
I am drawn to your flame
it keeps me alive
I am a slave
To the very thought of you
Imagine if you actually had me
How it would be
How I would give you
your every desire
Your every fantasy
I'm not strong enough
to leave behind
the desire I have for you
I breathe you in
again and again
You are my limerence
