Bonnie and Clyde

Bonnie and Clyde

A Poem by Lunalove6963

It's time to ride
He is my guide
loves devotion
About to put things in motion
Committed the perfect crime
Stealing my heart
Becoming the ultimate team
Everyone may end up hating us in the end
But that won't stop us
I'm forever going to be by his side
That is how I roll
So when they start a shoot out
Ill be here holding his hand
As we go out guns a blazing

Birds of a feather flock together - as they say. I read a lot about these two hooligans. I saw the film of their mangled bodies in the car after they propped poor old torn-up Bonnie back into the car. There must be something in the genes or DNA that makes people the way they are.

And she was a poet too. Go figure. Dedicated to her man to the last. History will always think of them that way. And rightly so.
