no one knows how many nights i spend crying

no one knows how many times i listen to our song

no one knows how many sleepless nights i have endured

this is all because you left

i don't need an apology

i don't need you to say "i love you"

i don't need a visit

all i need is a promise you will stay

you left to help fight

you wont be back for six years

i hope when you come back

you can promise you will stay

if you don't promise you will stay

i won't take you back

i will try and move on

but till then....

i will wait for you
