Silently Screaming

Do you hear me,

Silently screaming?

Calm on the outside,

Full of rage on the inside.

Do you see me?

Turmoil clear in my eyes,

Quietly losing my grip,

Losing my mind.

 

Do you hear me,

Silently screaming,

& calling out for help

So stubborn on the outside,

Yet so helpless on the inside. 

 

I scream for help,

But no one hears me. 

I am in pain,

But no one sees.

So do you hear me,

Silently screaming?
