Grace and Poison, Like Your Ugly GodsA Poem by Luna LazarusNo.Soft undertones plucked on translucent strings Dance about the air, Mirroring my emotion as Meaning encircles my waist.
If these arms never let go, I’ll spend the rest of my days in This sweetly accomplished rain.
We rise to our full potential, Making up for the fallen angels and stars of our past.
Dance to this eternal song Played through our souls, Connecting them.
When the time comes and we fall again, We’ll dive to our final moments with grace and poison, Knowing we made our time among the gods Worth the price. © 2011 Luna LazarusAuthor's Note
