Thanksgiving Blessings

As we gather 'round the table, with laughter in the air,

Grateful hearts unite today, a moment sweet and rare.

With friends and family close-to-heart, we lift our voices high,

In a symphony of gratitude, to the heavens we’ll reply.

May blessings stretch beyond our reach, to those both near and far,

For every joyous memory made, each moment that we spar.

Let echoes of our laughter dance through every cherished space,

I pray for all, across the miles, to feel this love embrace.

So, gobble down the turkey, let green beans find their grace,

With casseroles and mashed delight, each savory embrace.

Sweet pumpkin pies and ham so fine, let indulgence take its claim,

'Til tummies swell and wobbly steps remind us of what we gain.

As we feast upon our blessings, in this bounteous array,

Let’s not forget the silent souls, who bless our lives today.

For each dear soul we know by name and those we've yet to meet,

Our prayers can sew a quilt of love, complete.

With gratitude like stars above, we'll shine through darkest night,

For every bounty shared today, we hold each other tight.

So, raise a glass to friends and kin, to love that knows no end,

In this sacred space of unity, where every heart’s a friend.
