She's waiting
For someone to hurt her because it's happen before
She's waiting
For her tears to fall to the floor
She's waiting
For that moment when part of her heart dies
She's waiting
For that moment when they laugh because she cries

She's waiting
For words that are cruel
She's waiting
For them to make her the fool
She's waiting
For hatred to spew from their mouths
She's waiting
For her heart to give out

Finally they speak
She's still waiting for tears
Finally they speak
And she doesn't believe what she hears
Finally they speak
And gentle sweet words are all that are spoken
Finally the speak
She thinks they must be joking

Finally they speak
Words she's never heard before
Finally they speak
And her tears hit the floor
Finally they speak
And she feel a sweet horrible pain in her heart
Finally they speak
She can't help but fall apart

She finally found
Acceptance where she never thought she could
She finally found
People who make her feel good.
She finally found
Somewhere where she isn't in the way
She finally found
Somewhere where being herself is okay
